Jacob Industrial Electronic Service (JIES) is a West Australian based company, established in 1982. We are the sole FANUC service agents for Western Australia.
JIES employs 4 technicians servicing the West Australian engineering, manufacturing and education sectors - one of our clients being North Metropolitan TAFE.
Service calls are prioritised by the urgency of the breakdown, so machines that are down are attended to first.
Established in Western Australia
FANUC service agents for WA
Experience with FANUC systems and products
Technicians, all proficient in CNC and robotics
Jacob Industrial has been a family run business since it was first created in 1982. Marc Jacob formed a partnership with FANUC to become the service agents for Western Australia. His son Luc started working along side Marc in 1994. Marc has since sadly passed away, and Luc has become the new owner of Jacob Industrial Electronic Service. With generations of knowledge and experience, we are very confident working with various industrial machine technologies, especially FANUC systems.
Our team carries 50 years of combined FANUC experience, and every technician is proficient across both FANUC CNC and robotic systems, so every service call is answered by someone who knows the platform end to end.
Luc joined Jacob Industrial in 1994, which his father founded in 1982. Since then he has been working in the industrial machine industry, specialising in FANUC systems and products, while keeping up to date with the latest technology. Prior to working at Jacob Industrial, Luc was an avionics technician in the Royal Australian Air Force working on flight simulators and jet aircraft. Outside of work, Luc enjoys fishing, camping and boating with friends and family.
